Marvellously Revolting Recipes is a fresh take on the much loved cookbook inspired by Roald Dahl's stories. Launched by Felicity Dahl, the book combines favourite recipes from the original edition with 26 new creations, including one from a Roald Dahl Nurse. Roald Dahl Nurses provide specialist support for seriously ill children across the UK.
The recipes are brought to life by a host of brilliant illustrators.

Create a series of minimal illustrations to accompany a new edition of Roald Dahl's Revolting Recipes for Roald Dahl's Marvellous Children's Charity. Bringing together work from a wide range of illustrators, the additional artwork needed to add character without drawing focus from the featured illustrations.

I created around 200 hand drawn illustrations in a playful doodle style, designed to feel as though they had been scribbled directly into a well loved recipe book.
The illustrations appear across the covers, introduction and section dividers, as well as a detailed reference guide at the back of the book.
